Agriculture

Farms that produce plant or animal products rely on high-performance and reliable technology. Tractors, combine harvesters, milking machines, and other agricultural equipment are in daily use and must function flawlessly at all times. Breakdowns can quickly lead to yield losses and delays. Therefore, robust components and fast, competent service are crucial. High-quality solutions and short response times in the event of a problem ensure that machines operate reliably and downtime is minimized.

We can supply you with the following ready-to-deliver components from our storages. Additionally, we offer a 24 hours on-site service and demand-oriented reprocessing during downtime for all products.

  • Hydraulic cylinders for heavy-duty work
  • (High pressure) Hydraulic hoses
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and tubes
  • Valves with open centre position optimised for tractor applications
  • Proportional LS valves for agriculture industries
  • Gear pumps and motors
  • Pressure accumulators

Your advantages:

Our product range for agriculture

We operate in Germany as a distributor and service provider. With numerous locations in various federal states and a wide range of products, we can serve customers from all sectors. We supply hydraulic and pneumatic components for agricultural machinery. Furthermore, we work closely with the agricultural sector, not only improving production efficiency and helping to prevent downtime, but also optimizing energy consumption. We supply pneumatic and hydraulic components for the following agricultural machines:

A baler compresses straw, hay, or silage into bales for space-saving storage. They are typically pulled by a tractor. There are round balers and square balers. The straw is picked up, compressed, cut, gathered, and then compacted. The bales are transported through a press channel, which is narrowed by pre-tensioned hydraulic cylinders. The pressure on the cylinders can be adjusted as needed, for example, for road transport.

Harvesting machines include, for example, combine harvesters, which are used to harvest grain. Combine harvesters are divided into tractor-drawn models and self-propelled machines. Since these machines can be up to 14 meters long, the header can be hydraulically folded for road transport. Hydraulic control units are also located in the driver's cab.

A fertilizer spreader is used for the even distribution of fertilizer on meadows or fields. It is usually powered by electric motors, but hydraulic motors are also an option.

Feed mixers allow various feedstuffs, such as silage, forage, concentrates, ground grain, and beets, to be mixed together, preventing livestock from selectively feeding. These mixers also feature hydraulic components. They are primarily used in vertical auger harvesters.

Mulchers are used for mowing and simultaneously shredding. They are used to maintain fallow land. They also shred cover crops before incorporating them into the soil. Mulchers are mounted on the tractor using a hydraulically controlled boom. Other hydraulic components are found in flail mowers.

An important agricultural machine is the tractor. It can be used both for pulling and for powering other agricultural machinery. Hydraulic elements are used in the vehicle's steering system. Since tractor tires offer only minimal damping, front axle suspensions equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic systems are used nowadays.
