Origa Actuators

Origa manufactures pneumatic and electric actuators for motion tasks in the field of mechanical engineering and automation technology. The products distributed by the company include rodless pneumatic linear actuators, electric linear actuators, as well as a large selection of pneumatic cylinders of all kinds. In 2011, the company was renamed Parker Hannifin Manufacturing Germany GmbH & Co. KG.

Linear actuators

Parker Origa supplies high quality linear actuators. The OSP-P series includes rodless pneumatic linear actuators in various designs. The products available include clean room cylinders with a clean room suitability of ISO class 4 or class 5, linear actuators with active or passive brakes, or designs for synchronous counter-rotating movements.  The different models combine reliability, high service performance and ease of use.  The Origa HMR electric linear actuator system can be equipped with options such as position sensing for end positions and reference, displacement measuring system and braking systems, and impact protection. The system is available in three actuator variants: Spindle actuator, belt actuator and linear motor-driven actuator. This makes the HMR linear actuator system suitable for all applications where medium to large masses or forces have to be moved uniformly with the highest precision. Other Origa electric actuators of the OSP-E Series are also available in different versions. In addition to different actuator models, such as the belt actuator or ball screw spindle, special shapes such as multi-axis systems or heavy-duty systems with recirculating ball bearing guide are also available. 

Piston rod cylinder

Origa's piston rod cylinders combine high power density, long service life and low maintenance. Origa has decades of experience with pneumatic cylinders of all kinds.  In addition to standard solutions such as standard cylinders, round cylinders, guide cylinders, compact cylinders or blocking cylinders in various designs, Origa also manufactures special solutions according to individual customer requirements. Necessary accessories such as sensors and switching elements are, of course, also available. 

Directional control valves

Directional control valves are used in pneumatics and hydraulics to release or block the working medium or to change the direction of flow.  Origa heavy-duty directional control valves of the S9 Series are also suitable for high loads due to their robust design. Thanks to their modular design, they can be used for a wide range of applications.  On the other hand, the compact directional control valves of the S10 Series are designed for economic efficiency. These directional control valves are small, light and reliable, and can be pilot-operated both pneumatically and electrically. In addition to individual valves, valve batteries and valve islands with multi-pole connectors are also available.  Small valves of the K9 Series have particularly low actuating forces with short response times. This series is available in a wide variety of variants and can be actuated by means of rotary levers, push buttons, sensing rollers, pivoted lever rods, pedals or control panel configurations.  Parker Origa also offers the IM10 Series valve islands, which are available with up to 18 monostable valves, P and RPS manifolds, as well as special valves which are specially developed to meet individual customer requirements. 

Shock absorbers

Origa shock absorbers are an integral part of automation technology. They allow shorter cycle times to be achieved while still allowing the load to be braked safely and smoothly. Origa shock absorbers prevent impact loads with the lowest possible braking force in the shortest possible time. Both fixed and adjustable shock absorbers are available. 

Accessories

Origa offers a comprehensive range of accessories for various pneumatic applications. The accessories available include blocking valves and flow valves, silencers, pressure switches, overpressure safety relief valves, shut-off valves, timers and hoses. Small parts such as fittings, plug-in connectors and quick couplers are also available.
