High-Pressure Hydraulic Hoses

We deliver and manufacture high-pressure hoses up to 56 MPA (= 560 bar, 8.120 PSI) according to your specifications for the following areas of application:

• 3-layer low-temperature compact hoses with 4SP operating pressure factor
• Multi-spiral hoses according to ISO 2862 and DIN EN 856
• Phosphate-ester resistent hoses
• 5-layer hoses for pressure up to 560 bar
• Highly abrasion-proof hoses with MSHA certification and SAE 100R13 - ISO 3862 - DIN EN 856

High-pressure hydraulic hose lines are produced by certified special personnel according to strict quality guidelines.

Pressure Test

This test is carried out for all high-pressure hydraulic hose lines in a standardised process according to ISO 1402. It is executed via test station under normal ambient temperature with water or other suitable media. The hose is exposed to two-time operating pressure for 30 to 60 seconds. A correctly manufactured hose will neither leak nor show a decrease in pressure.
