Best quality lubrication devices
Lubrication devices, equipment and accessories form one of the main segments of the company. These products exhibit an impressively high quality. The devices are hence preferred for use in the field of pumps and air systems technology. The company offers a wide range of products, from oil pumps and grease pumps right up to special pumps. The piston and diaphragm pumps, which are used to pump engine oils and gear oils, are designed for systems of different sizes and can be used in many different areas. The special pumps from Vögele lubrication technology are designed, for example, for solvents or coolants. There is also a large selection of grease pumps, each of which can be adapted to different areas of application. Vögele is also at the cutting edge of lubrication technology. In addition to the piston and diaphragm pumps mentioned above, Vögele also offers gear pumps, gerotor pumps, vane pumps and circulating oil pumps. All of these are available in different designs for special machines and are therefore perfectly adapted to the respective product.
Technical expertise in central lubrication systems
Vögele Lubrication is also active in the field of central lubrication systems. The units consist of a central reservoir with level sensor, piping systems and distributors. The advanced design of Vögele central lubrication technology reduces maintenance costs in particular. Moreover, there is a significant acceleration in the supply of lubricants from several interfaces within a technical system.
Modern use of fossil fuels
However, it is not just Vögele’s central lubrication technology that is highly advanced. The company is also at the cutting edge in the field of gas and oil systems for the more effective use of fossil fuels. Thanks to the company's gas and oil plants, an efficiency of almost 100 percent is achieved during combustion. The system is based on the fact that water vapour and other substances produced during combustion are also converted into heat. This means that condensing boilers achieve significantly better results as compared to older systems that rely on other technologies. The various models with different boilers, storage tanks and exhaust gas systems are designed for use in different product lines and can be adapted as required.
Grease supply by compressed air
The fact that Vögele lubrication systems also function perfectly with central technology is ably demonstrated by the central lubrication systems. Based on this technical achievement, Vögele also offers competence in the field of central grease supply. The company therefore distributes lubrication equipment that uses compressed air for grease supply. In addition, individual grease pumps, grease guns and dosing units for greases are available.
Additional components round off the product range
The experts in lubrication of all kinds also offer a wide range of accessories to round off the product line. Monitoring instruments for inbuilt devices, which facilitate the operation and safe use of the components significantly, play a central role.
