Numerous forms of actuators

Parker Kuroda offers a wide range of different actuator versions. The central product line is called the "Hi-Rotor". It is well-known as a pioneer of the vane-type rotary actuator technology. The standard model "Hi-Rotor PRN Series" has a unique sealing mechanism and is especially designed for low-pressure and low-speed conditions. The PRH special model also features a solenoid valve. In addition, there are four models in the "Miniature Hi-Rotor" series, which are impressive due to their particularly small design. In addition to the standard version, there are two extensions in this range, one with a solenoid valve and one with an adjustable angle. Accessories are also supplied for the normal version as well as the miniature version. Kuroda also provides cubic actuators. Due to the through-hole and the unusual shape, these products can be installed in any machine, no matter how complicated, so that special customer requirements can also be met. The range also includes a model that offers different levels and can therefore be used more individually than the standard products. In addition, Kuroda Pneumatic also has numerous other actuators on offer. These include rotary and hydraulic actuators. There are also special models designed especially for the aviation industry.

Cylinders and grippers in actuator technology

Kuroda not only constructs normal actuators but also offers numerous cylinder and gripper variants. For example, the standard compressed air cylinders alone are available in models Z3, J1, K1 and A1, each of which is dedicated to a very special field of application. In addition, the products are also available as special versions which comply with the ISO standards and can therefore be installed uniformly. The compact X1 variant also appeals to customers who require a particularly space-saving product. Finally, the brand offers a range of much more complex cylinder systems. The J1_HA and K1_HA models use a solenoid valve, the J1_L and K1_L have a locking mechanism, and the “KPT Series” is aimed specifically at buyers looking for a device that operates with high accuracy and rigidity. The range also includes numerous gripper actuators that meet special pneumatic requirements.

Valves to clean air

Parker Kuroda also provides a wide range of valves. However, these focus on components that are needed to clean air. There are basically three series that rely on solenoid coils, air operation or manual control. Kuroda has the largest range in the field of solenoid coil valves, in which, in addition to the standard model, there are numerous special versions, such as the "Air Saver" variant, which promises significantly greater efficiency. The air operated valves are sealed either by rubber or metal. The different variants of the mechanical products are adapted to different pressure conditions.

Products to monitor and prepare air

Kuroda Pneumatic also has a large selection of other products that focus on air preparation. In addition to various monitoring instruments, there are also various filters, lubricators, compressors, speed control devices and other products. Many of these devices are, of course, also available as miniature versions, so that they can be installed in smaller machines without any problem. Parker Kuroda also builds products that work with vacuum.
