Environmental protection and sustainability

We are committed to acting in accordance with applicable legal and international environmental protection standards to minimize negative environmental impacts and continuously improve environmental protection. In doing so, the resulting obligations of the Stockholm Convention must be observed.

Since 2017, we have consistently pursued sustainability by operating all our locations with renewable energy. This is not only an expression of our commitment to environmental protection, but also a significant step towards climate neutrality. All locations offer electric vehicle charging for employees and customers. Our investments in electric vehicles are part of a comprehensive strategy to promote environmentally friendly technologies. We are actively committed to continuously increasing the proportion of electric vehicles in our fleet to make a long-term contribution to climate protection.

Resource and Climate Protection

We are committed to using the resources we need (such as water, energy sources, and raw materials) efficiently and continuously reducing consumption. This continuously minimizes the impacts on the environment and the climate caused by us or within our supply chain. We are committed to the development and use of environmentally and climate-friendly products, processes, and technologies to achieve continuous ecological improvements.

Emissions and Waste

We are responsible for ensuring safety and compliance with regulations in the handling, storage, transport, disposal, recycling, and reuse of waste, exhaust gases, and wastewater. We protect the lives and health of our employees and the public from hazards that may arise from manufacturing processes and/or products. Activities that could have negative impacts on human health or the environment must be appropriately managed, measured, and controlled. The release of hazardous substances must be minimized or even prevented.
