Our product range for the automotive industry

As a leading technical distributor of hydraulic systems in Europe, our product range is extensive, enabling us to supply customers in almost every industry. Our products are used in original equipment manufacturing (OEM), repair, maintenance, and servicing. We supply hydraulic and pneumatic components to the automotive industry. Furthermore, we work closely with the automotive industry, not only improving production efficiency and helping to prevent downtime, but also optimizing energy consumption.

Hydraulic systems are widely used in the automotive industry, for example, in braking systems. When the brake cylinder extends, the brake fluid is responsible for this movement. Hydraulic systems press the brake pads against the brake discs and the brake linings into the drum brake. Hydraulic systems are also used in truck tailgates, enabling them to open and close. Hydraulic power steering is another well-known application. Hydraulic systems ensure the desired function of electronic stability control (ESP). Hydraulics are also used in chassis control systems and for opening and closing convertible roofs.

Hydraulic systems are widely used in the automotive industry, for example, in braking systems. In the automotive sector, belt-driven hydraulic pumps are also used. These kits typically come complete with a pulley, belt, mounting bracket, pump, and electromagnetic clutch. Alternatively, electro-hydraulic pumps are available, particularly for vehicles where a belt drive cannot be installed or for vehicles without a power take-off (PTO). Another option is the hydraulic box. This allows small trucks or vans without their own hydraulic pump to operate hydraulic tools. However, the installation of a primary hydraulic pump is a prerequisite. Hydraulic filters are also used for automatic transmissions, such as filler and vent filters, as well as suction filters. Hydraulic transmission jacks are used in automotive manufacturing and repair shops.

Hydraulic equipment is indispensable, especially in car repair. Consider, for example, the hydraulic lift, which is also used in automotive manufacturing. Many vehicles today are also equipped with an ABS hydraulic unit.

Pneumatic systems are used in the automotive industry as so-called ISO cylinders, namely as double-acting cylinders, basic cylinders and tie-rod cylinders.
