Step 2
Shortly after delivery, the hydraulic component is dismantled and assessed.

Step 3
Assessment results serve as basis for the estimate of cost, prepared before all repairs. We consult you whether economic repair is possible.

Step 4
After your repair clearance we begin maintaining the hydraulic component. Depending on condition, motor or pump gets sandblasted.

Step 5
Damaged and worn parts, like the depicted roller bearing, are replaced.

Step 6
Available spare parts are supplied from storage. High availability guarantees fast repair and maintenance of hydraulic motors and pumps.

Step 7
All maintenance procedure is carried out by experienced, trained personnel. They exchange faulty parts or reconstruct them.

Step 8
After repairs, every unit undergoes a function inspection via high-performance test station as well as configuration according to guidelines by manufacturer, OEM or you.

Step 9
All test results (e.g. flow rate, pressure, leackages and power consumption) are logged and saved.

Step 10
We deliver your repaired and fully functional unit like new.
