CIRVAL: Lubrication Technoloy from South America
Distributors for lubrication systems
A total of three different distributor models are available. The DC, DDC and DCM variants are specially equipped to distribute greases and oils in technical systems. Whereas the standard DC model can supply only one lubrication point, the DDC distributor is designed for two lubrication points. The DCM range can not only supply two lubrication points but its advanced design also makes it easier to install and maintain. All three variants operate in pressure ranges from 15 to 250 bar and at a temperature level between 0 and +80 degrees Celsius.
Wide range of control valves
Cirval lubrication technology also supplies a wide range of different valves. These are basically differentiated into two main groups - control valves and distribution valves. There are nine different models of distribution valves. The VCI-R1000 standard model is designed for average pressure ratios of 35 to 140 bar, while the VCI-R40 variant is designed for higher ratios of up to 240 bar. The other models are designed for specific applications. For example, the VCI-R10 valve works in combination with switches, whereas the VCI-R20 provides the special option of changing the direction of flow. Other special models are also available. The VCAP-3 is a valve that is specifically designed for high pressure conditions. The VCAF is a relief valve with filter effect. The VCC valve is a bypass valve. The special models marked CU are designed to control or regulate the flow.
Different distribution valves
Cirval lubrication technology is equally well-established when it comes to distribution valves. There are a total of seven different models, which in turn have different areas of application. The standard variants are designed for use in machine tools and can be used at up to 110 degrees Celsius and 80 bar. The MR model is, for example, used in various machines in the steel industry and can withstand pressure conditions of up to 180 bar. The MX and C-2000 valves permit the distributed quantities of lubricants to be controlled precisely. The MU series is specifically aimed at customers looking for a product that offers the same advantages as the MX and C-2000 series, but who at the same time prefer simple installation and easier modifications to the system. The MD valve is manufactured from extra-hard steel to ensure exceptional robustness.
Cirval central lubrication systems at a glance
The central lubrication systems are, however, the most important products in Cirval's product line. The standard product ECB-DC-42 is particularly suitable for the requirements of heavy industry. It is therefore designed for an operating pressure of up to 250 bar. Whereas the ECB-DC-42 model comes with only one motor, the ECB-DC-25 works with two motors at the same time. This is topped by the ECB-DC-10, which has three motors and is the most powerful system in the Cirval range of central lubrication systems. In addition, Cirval also offers other specifications for the lubrication systems mentioned above. Each of these specifications is designed for an individual application in the industry.
