ERMETO
Cutting ring fitting
Ermeto is well-known as the inventor of the cutting ring fitting, which was developed by the company in the 1930s. This fitting is a liquid-tight connection technology for tubes, which can also withstand the highest pressures. Ermeto fittings are standardised according to EN ISO 8434 or DIN 2353 respectively and are used principally in hydraulics. The products offered include solderless tube fittings made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, brass, CuNi10Fe or bronze.
EO valves and EO ball valves
Parker Ermeto provides a comprehensive range of valves and ball valves with cutting ring connections. The range includes ball check valves, globe valves and high-pressure valves and ball valves for pneumatic and low-pressure systems. Depending on their size, the ball valves can withstand an operating pressure of up to 30 bar.
EO tubes and EO tube clamps
The products offered also include EO tube clamps, as well as EO tubes and tube bends. The tube clamps are offered in three different series: Series A (normal), Series B (double tube clamps) and Series C (heavy). The tubes are seamless precision-cut tubes and tube bends according to DIN 2391, with dimensions ranging from 4 to 65 mm tube OD.
EO quick couplings
Quick couplings with Ermeto fittings are widely used in hydraulics. Diagnostic couplings are specially designed to provide easy access to measuring points in hydraulic or pneumatic circuits. High-performance high-pressure couplings can withstand operating pressures of up to 1000 bar.
Tools and assembly devices
A comprehensive range of tools and assembly devices is also available. EO tube bending and cutting devices are available in different versions. The BVP 6/18 model, for example, is ideally suited for precise reproducible manufacturing of several identical tube bends with 6 to 18 mm OD.
The EO pre-assembly and flaring unit EOMAT III/A is an electronically controlled hydraulic drive unit for EO-2 and progressive ring assembly and for 37° tube flaring for steel and stainless steel tubes.
The EO-KARRYMAT is a portable pre-assembly device for the pre-assembly of EO progressive ring fittings and EO-2 tube fittings. The device consists of a hydraulically driven tool and a hand pump and is suitable for stainless steel assemblies for tubes with OD of 6 to 42 mm.
The EO2-FORM F3 machine is used for forming hydraulic tubes for EO-2 high-pressure connections. The device is suitable for forming steel and stainless steel tubes with a tube OD of 6 to 42 mm.
Measuring technology
We offer a comprehensive range of measuring instruments as well. The range includes SensoControl measuring connectors and adapters, portable and fixed measuring instruments, as well as SensoControl temperature and pressure transducers. The range is rounded off with the SensoControl LevelController for monitoring tank levels.
