Willy Vogel Central Lubrication
Central lubrication systems
Willy Vogel central lubrication systems are used whenever individual lubrication points or groups of lubrication points with different lubricant requirements have to be supplied with precisely dosed quantities of lubricant from a central location. A well-structured central lubrication system allows up to several hundred lubrication points to be supplied with lubricant simultaneously and reliably, and without further labour costs.
Depending on the basic structure, different types of lubrication systems can be distinguished:
Circulating lubrication systems are suitable when relatively large quantities of oil per lubrication point and a continuous supply of oil are required. In circulating lubrication systems, an oil return line must be provided from the lubrication points to the reservoir.
Total loss lubrication systems are designed for relatively small oil quantities and intermittent oil supply.
Progressive systems allow central monitoring of all distributor outlets. The lubricant is supplied to the lubrication points by a distributor in metered quantities in a predetermined sequence.
Minimum quantity dosing systems are used to lubricate tools and wing parts and to spray and dampen surfaces. They are used, for example, in cutting processes and in machine tools. Minimum quantity lubrication systems can drastically reduce the amount of lubricant required.
Thanks to the comprehensive product range of SKF Lubrications System Germany AG, Willy Vogelcentral lubrication systems can be completely assembled with components from a single source. This guarantees maximum compatibility and fitting accuracy of the components. The extensive range of hydraulic and pneumatic components from SKF Lubrications AG ensures that the central lubrication systems can be individually adapted to special customer requirements.
Spandau Pumpen
With the Spandau Pumps division, Willy Vogel also distinguished itself as an innovative supplier of liquid transfer pumps for industrial and process applications.
The Spandau Pumps division offers a wide range of immersion pumps, such as centrifugal and screw pumps, metal or plastic pumps, ink pumps and hydrocyclones. Depending on the design, these sealless special pumps are suitable for pumping highly contaminated media, for particularly hot or cold media, and for acidic, alkaline, aggressive or abrasive media. Special pumps are also available for media with high viscosity.
A wide range of designs and materials is available, depending on the application. Spandau pumps are used, for example, in cooling lubrication circuits of machine tools, in printing machines, optical equipment, and in humidification and air conditioning units. They are suitable for both low-pressure and high-pressure applications and are extremely robust and durable.
Spandau pumps are available as proven series models and also in customer-specific designs. Spandau pumps have always stood for the highest quality and reliability.
